Default Can someone identify this ecu??

I bought this car a few months ago and for the most part, no problems. I want to start tuning and I have a few purches in mind. What I need help with is determining what ecu I have.

The numbers on the sticker are as follows:

37820-PBA-c01
945-101520 K4

Can someone shed some insight as to what I have. The car is a 97 coupe with a 2000 SIR swap. I was told the ecu was the mate for the engine but I just want to be sure. I dont think it is because while checking out some other issues, I noticed that the wires for VTEC and the KS were ran separatly from the the main harness.

Hey thanks xO! I searched but got pages of p28, p06... questions, must have missed it. Is this ecu rec'd, as far as tuning and performance goes, for this engine? Or will it depend more on what my future plans are?

I noticed there is no ecu code for 2000 sir in that list, or am I mistaken about something here?
