Can someone clarify checking CEL code, searched still not sure
On the way home from work yesterday, during slower than normal driving (I wasn't beating the **** out of it like normal) I threw a CEL? I'm not even sure when it came on, I just looked down at one point and it was there.
BTW it's a 96 (OBD2) del sol w/ D16Y7
I searched when I got home on how to check for OBD2 codes, and found varying info, so I tried doing it like OBD1.. wire... test plug... I got 7 long codes, and I swear it was 2 short , then the next time it was 7 long and then 3 short? am I throwing 2 codes?
I reset the ecu, and the light hasn't come on since, normally I wouldn't be concerned but I'm driving to VA this weekend (it's gonna be a 5-6 hr drive) so I'm kinda concerned about how concerned I should be.
If it was OBD1 I would be able to figure it out easy, but with all the pxxxx four digit codes I'm not sure what I'm looking at.
I may be able to get it on a scanner today, but if the codes went away would they show up?
this is the code thread I was looking at https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=682412 for what the codes meant
any help or guesses are appreciated thanks
*edit- 7 long/3short & 7 long/2 short

Yes if you read them right you are throwing 2 different codes...
#72 which is your Cylinder 2 Misfire or a Random Misfire a condition is present that is creating a cylinder misfire
&
#3 which is your MAP Sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor
