Default can this part be fixed?

ok.. i dont know what the part is called so imma explain it the best i can

its the part where the front control arm goes into and u screw a bolt into it. its on the chasis.

the thread is stripped and and comes loose. is there any way to fix that? or do i have to rethread it?

hope u guyz get what im saying. TIA!

dude.. fixed the part. had to dremel a hole and get that stupid nut out.. the welds on the nut broke.. how gay is that. hope u guyz know what im talking about.
