Can i use my SOHC distributor coil in my DOHC?
i have my old 98 OBD2A SOHC VTEC distributor and i was wondering if i could swap the coil for my 99 OBD2A GSR one because i am having problems with my car's idle.
they are both OBD2A, thanks

Theres the correct answer. All OBD1 and OBD2 D and B-series coils and igniters are interchangeable (sometimes you have to modify igniter brackets though when swapping an OKI igniter into a distributor that originally had a Hitachi igniter or vice versa though) CYP/CKP/TDC sensors are also interchangeable in the same way.
