Default Can I swap in a different ECU?

Hey all I have a 92 civic hatchback cx, Now I know you can swap in a b18b engine without the requirement of changing the wire harness. Now I was wondering if I got a b18b integra ECU and hooked it up to the cx engine what would it do? Would it blow the engine? is it required that you change the engine when you swap in a different ecu or no? Let me know because I have no knowledge about swapping ecu's.
Thanx Corey

You can't just swap the ecu in it. The cx has a one wire oxygen sensor. the obd1 92+ Intergra ecu has a for wire heated O2. you'll add the wires for the o2 heater. other than that your alright.
