can i swap a 2000 lx motr into a 98 hx?
I have a 98 hx with engine problems and my friend wants to sell me his 00 lx motor with 98000 times for 200 bucks fully comlete. Just wondering if its hard to swap in

is a direct swap but the lx motor doesn't have vtec & egr valve.
you need to use the 00 lx harness & ecu to avoid engine codes

What are you going to do with the stuff in your HX like the EGR, engine, etc. etc.? Remember, if and when you do swap in that motor, you'll want to get new harnesses..

I'm probably juts gonna give it to my friend who knows how to get rid of it. And I can't seem to get. Hold of a 00 lx harness anyone know where to get one?
