i just recently seen that transtop mechanism on some del sols, damn its clean, there isnt anyway i could look for it, buy it, and put it on mine is there? you would have to buy a del sol that came with one? i dunno just asking

better off buying a del sol with one. it involves cutting and precise measurements in order for it to work properly to my understanding. if you research it a little you'll quickly gather information on them. they're a bit unreliable too, which is why they're rare, they didn't put that feature on many cars...

They are extremely rare on usdm cars, but i believe they were pretty common on jdm sols. I know places like jdmland.com and hmotorsonline.com usually import them, but from what I here installing them on a non-transtop sol is pretty in depth.

They were NOT common on JDM del Sols, and they're nonexistent on USDM cars unless custom installed or an imported Japanese vehicle.
