I think with hatch you mean the SIR? edit: nmnd they are called si in the US, they call them SIR in canada
I'm pretty sure you'll need modifications for the front seats, judging with how the 2001+ civic seats have different mounting than the 2000 and below seats.
modification is not hard if you know how to measure and how to weld, u basically need to make some short bracket like extensions to reach the holes. some people have done this on here with the rsx seats, I'll post the link if I find it.
I have no idea if the rears will fit, just test fit them, as long as they fit with no gaps and don't look awkward, then you can take your time modifying the support locations to fit in your holes.

Re: (jdmdikk)
EP3 seats do NOT fit EK's. I have EP3 seats in my 99 coupe and it required cutting off all the mounting tabs and rewelding them in the correct spot, plus modifying the angle of the front tabs and spacing down one of the rear tabs. Its a HUGE PITA.
After all that, the seats still sit a little higher than OEM EK seats.
I can post pics if anyone is interested

I didn't do the rears. I think it will be easier to reupholster the stock rears to match.
