Default can this be fixed? and how mutch would it cost? help me out! not 56k friendly!

ok, to make a long story short, a guy on a bike road infront of me on a 6 lane highway when i was in the merg lane and i hit him at about 50 mph. we are both fine now and it was his fault and i am fileing a law suit against him for damages. my insurance company isnt covering my car (again, a long story). (dont feel bad for him, he's fine and the insurance company and police found in my favor and recomended that i sue him) but anyways, how mutch would it cost to fix this? and how mutch is a good paint job if i buy the paint and primer?

(can some one shrink the pics for me, i dont have photo shop)

Just materials to paint(good materials)will cost you about a grand.

Edit: And pretty much your car is totalled. Any kind of pillar damage pretty much means totalled.

i'm suing him for damages, his dumb *** was riding acros a 6 lane highway at night, with no reflector and no street light, listening to a cd player, riding toward a snow bank. (sorry for the aditude, i'm still a little pissed off about the whole thing) I didnt do ANYTHING wrong and i'm lossing $290 for towing and storage, and the cost to fix the car. the roof got damaged because it is just one sheet of metal with no supports because it's a removable roof.

If you try to use this in court they will say it is inabmisible because we are not experts. In my opinion get an estimate on how much to fix it and sew him for that. My guess is it will be more than the value of the car. Then go out and buy a newer one with less miles or buy one with more miles and swap. That's what I'd do anyway.
