can a EG 92-95 civic shocks fit on a 96-98 EK hatchback?

hey
i'm planning to buy a set of KYB adj dampening shocks off my buddy
he drives a 92-95 EG Coupe
i'm wonder can a EG 92-95 civic shocks fit on a 96-98 EK hatchback?
cause i know the springs from a EG can fit on EK, so doesn't means the EG & EK shocks assembly are similar or same
help me out please

they will fit you car. however, you will need some washers on the rear LCA bushing. the rear LCA bushing on the EG is wider than the EK. search if you need more info
