Dude, it has a big chunk missing off the end. The end of the cam sits in a slot on the head as it rotates. That flat spot will cause it to be unbalanced.

I wouldn't. That cam is already deteriorating and soon will be in your motor tearing up more ****. Though its only my opinion.
