Default can anyone translate an ECU?

I am swaping a 1992 EX 1.6L SOHC VTEC Engine into a 1995 DX 1.5L car (the 1.5L was Destroyed) I need to know what computer I need if I need to replace mine and also I don't curently have the knowledge to even interpret the data on the side of my computer. Any and all help is greatly appriciated.

Check the classifieds, most go for around 100 bucks.

Yours (P06) would also be a Non VTEC ECU... U need one that can activate VTEC, that is the P28...

Yes, correct. Now sell me the P06 so I can convert it to a P28 and then fine yourself a P28 to replace it with

Interesting, however if you can convert my P06 to a P28 why can't I do the same and logicly save myself some money. Not trying to be smart just asking for feedback

Because you would rather just sell it to me and save the hassle of having to ship it out here and back and wait for the work.
