Can AEM EMS be tuned with an IPAQ?

Can AEM EMS be tuned with an IPAQ?
search but couldnt find anything on it. anyone ever try? where would you get the software and what plug would you need? Thanks.

IPAQ, handheld computers?
Theres FC's that are like handhelds that are for tuning, but i dont think they go with EMS. You might be able to do it with handhelds seeing as now there almost a complete computer. Just need enough memory and speed to run the programs.

I'm gonna say no. Just because the operating system on the ipaq and most handhelds today is nothing like the operating systems on a PC. They look the same but work completely different.
