Re: cams
CTR Intake cam...will give you the noticeable "PEP" i think your looking for. Not too crazy expensive, also a STOCK part from Honda, so you know it will be reliable. Also, you dont want to go TOO crazy with cams unless you are going to get into port matching, cam gears, etc...The exhaust cam has just a little bit of difference i believe from your stock B16.

Re: cams
With just minor mods like you have, I would go with the skunk2 stage 1 cams. You will need a tune but with a tune you will see some solid gains...

Re: cams
both of those are some good choices and both of those you will need to tune to maximize the power out of them but i would also run some retainers and springs with the skunk2 just for safety sake but you will be good with the ctr imo

Re: cams
With stage 1 skunk2's you shouldn't have to start swaping out valve train parts, it's after that they recommend changing your springs and retainers right?
Both of these are great recomendations, just look into good companies and see what they offer and what you think will work for you. Just remember, for some reason the specs that are advertised aren't the actual specs of the cam. Thiers always an actual spec and an advertised spec. Why the cam companies don't just give the actual spec as the spec instead of giving you some other spec, i don't know.
Crower is one of my favorites. But skunk2 and CTR cams are great choices.
