Default Cams

iam new here and i need help from u all...
iam driving a 1993 civic SOHC Vtec engine D16Z6...
what cam is recommended for upgrade???just a mild mod...
is SRR,Crower or Jun better???thanx

get the crower stage 2, it should be good enought, and cost around 320 with a 260 duration and 430 gross lift. you don't want to go too big. this is aready big enough. too big will cost to lose you to lose power everywhere on your power band.

i here the zex is really good. or if you dont have it already, you should get a light flywheel, you ll feel that for sure.

okay i have a zex 59300 cam and it is awesome, nice increase throughout the powerband. Now with the different stages they just call them that because it is easier than saying so and so duration and lift apposed to this, get it?

Zex is probably one of the best out there. I've heard a lot of horror stories of the Crower cam breaking near the cam gear and I don't believe Jun makes a D series cam.
