Camber specs?
I have 99' sedan EX. I've Eibach sportline springs, which are listed as delivering a drop of appr. 1.8" front and rear. I'm in serious need of camber kits. My camber is FL:-1.7, FR:-1.2, RL:-2.8, and RR:-2.4. I've been shoppping around for kits, but in order to know which one would be best, I need to know what the camber needs to set to. I want to try to correct some understeer inherent of any FF, so I was thinking -1 to -1.25 up front and -.5 to -.75 for the rear. So if anybody has any info, suggestions, or links, they would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you have found a particular setup with similar circumstances that has worked for you, you're more than welcome to share it.
I really want to get my camber issuses settled for two reasons. One: I've got some 15x7 slipstreams waiting to be installed. Two: I want optimize my handling. I was wondering as well what effect strut-top braces have handling? Would they aid in my goal of downplaying my car's understeer? Thanks in advance for help received.

Why? Only problem I see is the uneven settings from left to right.

FF cars, and most mass-produced cars in general, are set up from the factory to understeer - not oversteer.

What does that have to do with your camber?

Then you'll want to keep your negative camber, if not add a little more. To find the ideal camber spec, you'll need a pyrometer to measure tire temps.

Realistically, none. They stiffen the chassis . . . and only marginally at that.

If you mean decreasing oversteer, then absolutely not. And neither will reducing the negative camber up front . . .

Thanks. The reason I want to fix the camber is so when I put on the wheels and new tires, they don't wear unevenly. Why won't having more negative camber up front help out with the understeer?
