Default cam question for 99ex

ive got a 99 ex coupe with basic upgrades i/h/e and i want to get a stage II cam. What would cam would you suggest i get? crower, skunk2, compcams
And with stage II i would have to replace valve springs and retainers right? How much would the cam and these parts cost me and would it give me a little more power? any suggestions will help thnx

I personally like skunk2.
yes you should replace the springs and retainers.

prolly cost around $600 in parts depending on where you get them.

before I did this though, I would upgrade my intake manifold to get some extra power.

u can get the zex 59300 and wont have to upgrade your valvetrain, inless uwant to take it past 7200
