Default Cam Gears

I got a 99 1.6 sohc.....I have some stuff done to it but I was just wondering how much power will I get If I install new cam gear and pulleys....

do not install crank pulley they will damage the motor (in particular bearings), sohc in particular use a harmonic balancer built into pulley which absorbs much of vibrations, with the aftermarket piece its absorbed by the crank.

as far as cam gear its only useful if you tune it on a dyno
