cam for the civic
I have a 1996 civic the motor is a D16Y7 I drive it to work every day. I put a intake on it and just order headers I want to put a racing cam in it whats the best way to go. What kind of cam and a Phone # would be great. Also I bought a lower engine pulley will this help increase H.P.? What about changing the throtte body? Thanks,

Hey, Rocket is working on a cam for the d15, I have a y7 head on my car, so as soon as we get it tested and some numbers for it I will let ya know how it went.

I thought Web cam and Crower made a grind for SOHC as well as bullfrog, but I'm not sure. if a swap isnt ideal for you.. try a mini-me. You could get a vtec head for the cost of the cam and pulley your trying to get.
