which cam is better gsr, or type r?

which cam is better gsr, or type r?
its going into my b16. Is it worth the extra money for the type r's or should I go with the gsr's? Is there that big of a difference.

I believe Type-R cams are the most aggressive ones compared to b16as and GSR's. There were couple of threads way back about this issue. Try a search and you will find good info on them. Not sure if B16B's and B18C (Type-R) are equal, but I'm sure B16B cams will work really nice in your B16.

Seems like ITR/CTR > GSR = B16AII > B16AI cams
