i am wondering what kind of cam would be good to put in my civic with a d15.. and about how much power increase will i get out of it?

ZEX 59100 is a nice cam. you can use the stock springs and retainers. if you want something a bit more aggressive try the 59300 but it is recommend to upgrade the springs with it.

i have aem intake and exhaust.. only performance mods i have at tha moment.. how much would that cam run me? so the 59300 would be the better cam?

yes the 59300 is a better cam, but again you need to replace the valve springs on the head to utilize it.
