California Civic owners, I have a question!
Hey guys,
is there any special labeling under the hood for the emissions that says your civic is 50 state compatable?
More specifically 92-95 civics, but also in general..
Trying to sell my 92 Civic VX (stock d15z1) in Illinois - some guy in California is interested in it, but needs to know if it'll be acceptable to drive in California.
The emissions station told him to look under the hood for the emissions label and it'd say 50 state compatable...but the emission label under my hood doesn't say anything like that.
do your civics have such a note in the emissions label?
thanks.

all civics are emissions legal unless they are modified... such as a air intake or headers or an exhaust. and then the product would come with a carb stamp probably. there's no 50 state legal tag on the car that i'm aware of
