CA speeding ticket in my hatch 45mph in a 0mph

I just got a cvc 22350 basic speed law ticket in CA, and the cop told me I was speeding going 45mph in a 0mph...any thoughts?

Well, if you were going 45mph and the speed limit was 0mph, then you were probably speeding. Sounds like they have some tough speed limit laws in CA.
