A/C works sometimes
help me guys its almost summer..my a/c works sometimes. i can hear the clutch engage and sometimes not, but when i push on the climate control panel (not sure what its called, but it is where all the a/c controls and switches are) i can hear the a/c clutch click and a/c starts working and as soon as i let go the a/c clutch disengages again. i know it is a electrical problem but what is causing this? thanks

if the a/c switch isn't staying lit up then it's likely just the switch that's bad. replace it if you can, otherwise replace the whole heater control panel. i had to replace mine because although the a/c button lit up it wasn't telling the condenser fan or compressor to kick on.
