Default C-West........Opinions

Hey guys, last night i found out what an Airbag is on Trabuco Canyon Rd, and my front end and ctr headlights are obliterated on one side.

I wanted to consider the Cwest front end, i've never liked body kits but, c'mon.....it's cwest.

This would be just the front bumper, paired with the stock body of a 99 EBP SI. If anyone has pics of it, or thoughts on the cwest (fitment problems, breaking) anyone love it, anyone hate it? Thanks.

it looks good but you have to remove the bumper support up front for it to fit. ask '.brad' on the board about having a cwest bumper with no support and running into an suv

geez! I had no idea you had to remove the front bumper support. Possible to put a CTR support on, since thats what it was designed off of? The reason im considering this is because i wasin an accident, defintly dont want to drive around without that support.

im not saying it doesnt look good. in fact, its the only aftermarket bumper i would ever put on my car.

but the simple fact is... if you have a wreck without a front bumper support your in very bad shape.

i personally like the CTR lip kit, but if youre gonna get a body kit, either go clean like c-west, or crazy like bomex. japanese styling and japanese quality i guess a lot of us have already been through the body kit thing. i had a crazy kit on my teg, and was about to go OEM JDM before i totalled her. now ive got a mugen kit on my CRX, and its clean, almost looks like a stock option, but its gonna stay on. i like body kits as long as you cant really tell its a body kit, since hondas lines are so clean. but to each his own............

Yeah i was thinkin about it in the middle but i thought all that mesh might look stupid. Also, my plan for the future probably is turbo so a nice big intercooler will fill that gap up nicely

No offence to your car at all, but I just don't like when people get kits and you can see the radiator supports, A/C lines...Etc.

if you paint the mesh black it looks really clean. but who cares your getting an intercooler. that will look awsome.
