Icon2 can anyone here read spark plugs?

adjusted my valves today and installed a new valve cover gasket set. once the spark plugs where out i looked at them and they didnt look right. from what i know there sapost to have a little tan'ish tint all over but these looked bad.

the porcelain in the middle is super white like brand new and the metal curved tip has white'ish tan'ish crust on them.

i apologize in advance for bad photo quality they where taken with a tablet.

(d16y7 all stock and there normal ngk oem plugs nothing fancy and expensive)

In every Haynes/Chilton manual I've ever seen they have this info. There are also a few threads on HT that detail this process. Try searching. Like this.

and stop being lazy.

This info is basic CAR info. Not only the realm of Hondas.

Mine are sorta like that too. Car is running lean, too much air not enough fuel.

+1 for lean. Do a WOT pull (somewhere safe), kill the engine, keep the foot on the cutch or trans in neutral until the car stops... THEN check the plugs.

White means very lean.

Here's some suggestions on correcting the problem.

I think the dude just wanted some opinions on exactly what came out of the car. have someone look at the same plug he is. muddmonkey my plugs looked like this with a skunk2 intake mani and no tune; too lean.
