Default A/c Not cooling

What up yall... ok so i have a few questions, maybe some one has an answer for these.
I have a 92 civic dx hatch with a 1995 d16z6 with a p28 ecu. car is pretty much stock, it has basic bolt ons nothing major.... some one please help!

1.) My A/C doesn't seem to cool or kick over when the car is at a complete stand still, why?

2.) If am driving the car the A/C sometime works and sometimes it doesn't, why?

3.) On the climate control, if i hold both air circulators or what ever ( the ones that allow outside air or revolving one) down the A/C sometimes works, why?

4.) Is it normal for, if the A/C is on, it to almost kill the motor to where it bogs really nasty to the point where the car is almost going to shut off?

5.) Why does my car idle so low? ( i have already tried un screwing the I/M screw and Idle is the same.)

6.) When it is extremely hot outside, sometime my car does not want to start. I have to give it like 5 mins to chill and then the car will kick over, why?

7.) My wind shield whippers will not turn off even if the switch is off, i had to pull out the fuse, why?

please bump if you view, i need help. i don't know how to fix these things! Thanks homies! so cal Love !!!!! <ZZZZZ#~~~ Pass that ****!!!

1.) complete stand still? the AC fine might not be turning on. or your freon is so low that it has to turn off to avoid damaging the system

2.) freon might be too low

3.) freon might be low.

4.) it is not normal. might be an iacv problem. pull the codes on the ecu to find out

5.) iacv might be the problem

6.) this sounds like a main fuse problem

7.) switch might be worn out. a possible solution would be to take apart the switch and clean it. hopefully that works. if not, then you need a new one.

i dont come on this site as much as i used to. hopefully that helped

not a problem.

if you have to recharge your AC though, you should get it vacuumed out before adding in new freon. helps it get back to normal super coldness

Well it sounds like your compressor is engaging thats a good thing! If I were you I would have the system evacuated, then recharged. But before that I would buy a new Reciever dryer before having your freon re-charged. Then take it from there. There are 3 major componets to the ac system. The compressor, dryer, and the expansion valve. So Evacuate the system change the dryer than have it recharged and see what happens after that.

oh yeah, changing the receiver dryer. do that BEFORE you vac the system.
