Default Re: A/C install (pliskin8)

This is ridiculous easy. First off, you need all your D series AC parts except the actual block mounted bracket. The AC bracket you want is for a B20 Honda CRV (P7J). You'll also need the manual tensioner parts that bolt to the bracket; they need to come off of any B series AC bracket. Bolt the bracket on with the tensioner components already installed, install the AC compressor, then install all the lines. If you have it all, it only goes together one way. Make sure to inspect the O rings everywhere; if they are worn (torn, have little burrs, etc) replace them; buy an O ring kit from the parts store for AC systems.

After it's all together have someone pull a vacuum on it to verify it's tight and to boil the moisture out of the system. Charge it up and kick on the AC.
