That should help you tell what the codes are besides blinking lights

I'm seeing 6, 19, and 21. Oh, also, what's the year of your car? Is it OBD1 or 2a/b? I would ASSume OBD1 since you're doing the blinky light thing.

In that case, 6 is the water temperature sensor, 19 is Automatic transmission lockup control valve, and 21 is the infamous VTEC spool solenoid valve. You can find out more by clicking the link and learning more about CELs for your car.

Sounds like you have an Automatic ECU running a Manual car.

When I did that on my D16Y8 I got all kinds of CELs for the auto tranny that wasn't there.

Well, for 21, you're solenoid could have gone bad and will need replacement (3 bolts and a gasket), or you may have a loose ground or bad connection to it.

Same goes for the water temp sensor. You will either need to check connections, or replace the sensor.
