So iv completed my jdm b16 swap using a p30 ecu into my 00 ek civic ex.

Im now having an issue with the a/c compressor not engaging. During the swap, I was a rush since i spun a rod in the d16 and i needed my DD back so i removed the compressor and condenser during the swap and opened the lines to atmosphere.

2 months later here I am. I re installed the old compressor that was working flawlessly when pulled. Changed all o-rings, vacuumed and recharged the system with my buddies A/C machine. The system was charged to specified pressure by the sticker on the core support. It also held the charge with no leaks.

Here is my issue. When turning the a/c on, the engine revs as it should like the compressor was going to engage, the condenser fan also engages. I also have 12V on the single red wire (the only wire to my knowledge) that plugs into the compressor.
The compressor clutch doesn't budge or do anything and wont even try to engage.

Before i go out and purchase another OEM compressor and have to recharge the system, is there anything else i need to check (grounds? plugs?) I may have missed?

note: i also have 2 plugs that arent plugged to anything. They are right by and come out of the same harness that plugs into the condenser fan. These plugs do not match any plug they could even possibly reach. Yet alone, i dont have any empty plugs for them to possibly plug to.
