Default a/c = bog

my 00 si noticably bogs with the a/c on. now i kno this is common but it seems to get worse when u can hear the a/c kick in run, then it will run smooth untill it kicks in again(sort of a surge of power loss). is there any air screw of some sort that will fix this? i rarley ride around with the a/c b/c of this and it gets to be an annoyance when passing vehicles and such.

If everything were as easy as tightening or loosening a screw...

No there is no screw to adjust your problem. Sounds to me that you're just going to have to deal with it, as shitty as that sounds. Be happy you have an air conditioner and one that works too.

ya thats what i figured. i guess its more of a luxury and should be used on long hauls where i am at a constant speed, and be happy with the windows down when i want the power. it just seems different from other cars when they have a power loss when their a/c is on. in my si, u can instantly feel the car fall on its face or have no power while giving it gas, when the a/c kicks in...wierd!
