Bypass Vtec Pressure Sensor?
Wondering if theres a way we can do this. We fixed the wiring to the solenoid to ecu correctly and now its giving us a 22 code. We checked the oil- its fine, we checked the pressure sensor *most are green, ours is grey so that might not be the right kind* either way the 2 pins inside the sensor are loose, you can wiggle them in and out so im hoping thats why. Is there a way to bypass the sensor? we check our oil levels atleast 1-2 a week. Thanx I searched and only came across one post and it wasn't very helpfull.

get the right pressure sensor and you might not throw a code... pretty sure there is no way to bypass the PS... good luck... my advice: invest in the right pressure sensor...

yeah were gonna pull the sensor off carefully tomorrow off a z6 head, i hear they break easily or something. If that works were gonna buy one off a friend for like 30 bux. Called the dealership they want $300 for the sensor, crazy talk.
