Buying springs, need opinions on best ride?
Ok, so here's the deal. I've been shopping for springs for my car (98 white civic ex) for awhile. I don't want to dump my car and I want to try and maintain a good ride. I'm thinking somewhere around 1.5-1.75" drop would be clean and still maintain some function since this is my DD. I wouldn't mind coilovers but they are pretty expensive and I'm not going to ever adjust my height so why? So far, I've been debating on Eibach pro-kit or Tein Dress Up Masters. If anyone has any advice on what springs to buy for the best combo of drop-ride, post up. Thanks in advance!

First, thanks for moving the thread for me.
As far as blowing the stock shocks, aren't some springs/coilovers designed for stock shocks so I really shouldn't have a problem blowing them out should I? I know a few people with nice coilovers on stock shocks who have an amazing ride (ex: GC's on a 00 SI) and have no problem.

Re: (sde780)
yeah, I've got H&R special edition springs (~2 in. drop) and i like them fine, a little soft though, I'll scrub a fender every once in a while, but if you wana smooth ride quality, mine are great!
