buying 96 hatch... what motor?

Default buying 96 hatch... what motor?
Ok I have narrowed it down to either the b18c type r or the h22 type s. I need daily driver reliability but want the best bang for the buck. I am thinking h22 because its 220 horse, but then again the type r is a bolt in and go rather than getting new axles and mounts for the h22. What you think???

daily driver reliability=b18 (people will argue, but overall, this is true)
