I don't like the cf with that color car. But I think it is a good deal. Is he giving you stock parts with it? Cause if he isnt then better inspect it cautiously and test drive for a while.

that price isn't bad for a clean title si, plus in california pricing is different.

you may be able to get him down cheaper because of the custom paint and all. Also, do you know that it really is an SI, or did someone swap an EX? Seems really odd that someone would paint an SI silver...

That seems like a great price to me and the mods don't run very deep so i'd be surprised if anything was installed wrong.. talk him down as low as he will go and then snag that thing.

Make sure the VIN starts with 1HGEM115, so you know for sure that it is an Si.

Yeah, make sure someone didnt do an interoir and motor swap to an ex coupe. I have seen this happen.....and also, dashes and dash VIN's are really easy to swap, so reference the vin on the firewall with the one on the dash.

well man i think its a great buy. i also have 2000 civic si and i love it. its a great car, and don't worry they'll be plenty of other mods you can buy, so this actually gives you a jump start.

Find another decent 00 SI for around the same price... this is to all of you who say its pricey cause honestly I have been looking too and haven't found much for less then that with decent mileage... pricing in Nor Cal is pretty high on this year Si

Complain about the paint not matching in the engine bay. Aftermarket paint jobs that are not complete devalues the car. Generally a fixed up car is harder to sell than new car at a dealership.

He works there as it states above... it is EBP under the hood (Si color), he checked the numbers, and ran carfax where it came up as an Si as far as I know...

NOTE: If you still think it's too much, find a better deal in Nor Cal... 00 Si with low miles, great shape, etc...

I think the value of the car is drastically reduced. Custom paint job and modifications are a negative in my book. Also what kinda paint job is that when you can see EBP when you pop the hood...doesn't sound like a good paint job to me...

They should bring it down lower because the paint job is not complete...

You said it's still blue under the hood right?

That's going to look horrible, get them to drop the price and get that **** painted...

I love my " Si " so I think it's a great purchase. Check if it's still has a warranty...
