burning alot of oil.....some questions <---- need some help.
ok, so my car is burning alot of oil and i'm pretty sure its the piston rings. i am turbo charging the car soon (probably a two or three months). i was thinking since im gonna be taking off the head and ****, is it wise for me to get some lower comp. pistons? i mean, i wont be turbo'd for another two or so months so it'll lag pretty bad until then right? or should i just leave the CR stock and boost around 7psi when the time comes. i plan to keep this a street car but plan to boost like 12-15 or so down the road. thanks.

well if it's gonna be apart anyway....why not?
The general rule of thumb is every 1point in c/r has about a 4% rate on power.
It's not going to be too bad, and will be a good plan for when you're F/I in the future.
