bumper plug install, holes too big?
I bought some bumper plugs from the honda dealer, and went to install them. the 2 clips on each bumper plug are too small for the two holes in my bumper! the size and shape of the plug itself is right, so I'm pretty sure it is the right part. What glue would be safe to use on my front bumper to attach the plugs? I don't want to melt my paint or something by using the wrong adhesive.

Mine was the same way. I just put a little super glue on the plug and it has been fine for over 2 years. Just make sure you get it straight before it sets!

Good luck with them not messing up your paint and good luck with not needing or wanting to put a front plate on ever.
You do realize you could get them at a junkyard too, right? Stock bumpers are all supposed to have them.

Just search for front bumpers. If you find one, it likely has them if it's stock.
