bumper modification...
hey I cut out the backing on the two outer vents and dont think it looks that bad... I am having those painted white and keeping the inner black. Subtle yet noticable.

I was confused on what you wanted to do too.....green bumper wit black middle...ok....but with the side vents painted white?!?!? That's what I thought you were trying to do. But now that you clarified that.... 
. I did the same thing a long time ago with a dremel, mine doesn't look as clean though.
