bump steer? how do I fix?

bump steer? how do I fix?
Since I lowered my car a few months back i have had alot of bump steer and at freeway speeds the steering feels to light. How can i fix this? I removed the power steering belt and the bump steer and light steering at speed is gone but slow spped steering is ****. Ive seen posts on how to remove the power steering completely but not sure if thats the way i should go. Is there a happy medium? Any help is appreciated

hi guys i have a 1990 Honda Accord EX-R
i think i am experiencing bump steer and i dont know how to fix it
by the way
i am a complete noob, i dont even know how to change my own oil
so i just want to know if its easy to fix and how much its going to cost
becuase my car swearve's if my hands are not on th steering wheel and even then i have to control it
its getting out of hand and need advice
please help
