Default Bumblebee? Muffler swap?

Just bought a 92 that is pretty much stock except for the bumblebee muffler.

I'm 38 and that's really not my thing. I'd like to swap it out but after going to autozone and seeing the bb for $60 and the OEM for $173 I came up with a possible solution.

I was thinking of putting up an ad on craigslist offering anyone that would pay for the swap of their original muffler for my bb. Do you think that's a good idea?

Also, is bumblebee a brand or just they type of muffler? I don't even know what brand it is. It is a low sound rather than a high "rice-burner" sound. The mom of the girl that owned it before said that it was a $500 exhaust system and my friend told me that they may have put a larger exhaust all the way from the manifold. True? Would I still be able to swap mufflers and have it necked down to the size of the OEM muffler?

Also, is it true that those mufflers can increase hp and mpg?
