Default bulb is good but no check engine light

Alright I stumped. I have a 2000 civic lx with a 2000 b16 swap. When I turn the key on check engine light does not light up and when I plug my scanner in it turns on but reads nothing. I checked all fuses and they are good. Does anyone have any ideas anything would be great thanks.

So you have no codes, but your CEL doesn't work. I'm assuming you've pulled the bulb and resistance tested it alone? Have you tried voltage testing the bulb contacts on the cluster?

Yes bulb is good. And when I plug my scanner in the scanner it self
Turns on but there are no codes but I know this can't be true because I still haven't wired in my secondary o2

What ECU do you have? Is your car chipped/tuned, or stock? Do you have access to a replacement ECU (borrow from a friend) to test?

So you have no CELs and the scanner pulls none? If so is it only the light that is broken, perhaps something wrong in the cluster itself.

Check the voltage on the MIL lead on your ECU. Your ECU should be a P2T

Connector A pin 18
