built / boosted d (dyno video + sheet)
after a year and a half im ready to announce the birth of a monster...
built bottom end besides sleeves, skunk2 cam, ksm valves / springs / retainers, venom intake mani, bbk 62mm tb, garrett t3/t04e 50 trim .63 a/r bb turbo.
i could only make 285whp because of my godspeed intercooler, 15 lbs of boost is 285whp, 18lbs of boost made 270whp
time to upgrade to a precision ic

someones gotta tell me how to upload my dyno sheet from my shared folder on my computer... i dont understand it lol. it explains completely why my intercooler screwed EVERYTHING up

wow nice *** numbers for 15psi. Although at 350 your gonna be maxin that turbo out, still, killer motor. What was the torque, i cant see the dyno sheet

225 torque, he said on 15psi if it was flowing right id be adding 10whp, and his dyno reads 5-6% lower than a dynojet.
getting it retuned... maybe not to 350, but maxxing out the 550cc injectors

wow nice torque numbers too. **** get some 700's, the new IC and call it a day. 325 is real decent. anything higher than 350 on pump gas gets real ugly unless your tuner is the ****

i really havent played with it, i launched at 3.5k where boost starts and it lugged then i never launched again lol. im thinking with the obx lsd, etd bars, engine damper, new mounts, and stiff suspension that i should be launching around 5k but it kinda scares me yet.
it doesnt pull as hard as i want, its running like crap because my bbk throttle body and my tps arent reading each other 1/4 throttle so it cuts out all the time if im trying to cruise.
its also smoking like a bitch but im pretty sure thats because im running rich as **** and on 6 gallons of 109 and 5 gallons of 87 so its a little screwy. i just needed it off dyno, it was on for 7 hours, and in the shop for 2 days. $1380 was a tune bill because of all teh issues it had.
phearable sent me an outdated boost controller, and there boost control upgrade socketed in the ecu didnt read power so im running 15psi in first and i definately dont like that
car has a TON of turbo lag between shifts and its a ball bearing so im kinda mad my inbetween shifts. i think its due to the rediculous ammount of piping bends from my intercooler to throttle body. ((ALWAYS RUN CHARGE PIPES THROUGH INTAKE HOLE IF YOU WANT POWER))
