building up a Block with 160K

I have an opportuinty to buy a Z6 block that I plan on rebuilding useing the stock sleeves, Is this a Bad idea to sink some money in this thing? The car wa never drove very hard just a daily communter with high miles, GOOD or BAD!?

buy a helms and check all tolerances, if theyre good, build it
