Default building my b16 head

hey,

need some help(im swapping a b16a2 into my 93 ex...i already purchased the following aftermarket stuff:
4-1 header dc sports
aebs intake manifold
hondata gasket
big bore on (stock)my throttle bodie 65mm
cheapo short ram

I was thinking about building the head and
I found this guy looking at this ebay item:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...&rd=1

This is what the dude wrote after I asked him about building my head:

"If you send me your head for $1100 it will come with the following:

Dual Valve Springs
Titanium Retainers
Race PNP
Milling
Bead Blasting
Hot Tanking

Let me know. PNP Alone If $750 with your head. Let me know. Thanks again"

Questions:
1.) should i do it?...good price?
2.) how much hp/torque gain?
3.) how much hp/torque gain? w/ camshafts and cam gears(ballpark range)

ummm..ok here goes:

1.) should i do it?...good price?
either flip a coin or ask the magic 8 ball

2.) how much hp/torque gain?
every motor is different.....plus every guy that does machine work and etc. does things different...also you'de have to tune it after you do things like that to get good results...so maybe is your answer...you may loose power

3.) how much hp/torque gain? w/ camshafts and cam gears(ballpark range)
refer to part one of question 2

ps . with the things you plan on doing you need to be able to take your car and dyno tune it for best results. you'll need a safc or vafc or hondata....whatever...so add one of those to your list..

well the dude does have a good feed back rating but i think he overpriced that bitch. If you went to a scrap yard and bought one for about $200 and did some work on it it could only cost a bit less If you have that money, do it, it looks brand new
