Icon7 Building B16 EK Rally car, suggestions for 180-200whp

Hello,
I'm building a B16 powered EK for rally. The class is 1.6L so thats what I'm limited to. Looking for suggestions on getting the B16 to the 180-200whp level or maybe a builder that had built these engines to that. Remember, needs to be somewhat reliable as there are many events within the series and I don't want to be missing every other one to rebuild.

Rules:
Crank is free
Decreasing stroke is allowed (not increasing)
Rods free
Pistons free
head free

Looking for a motor that has as much mid-high range power as I can squeeze out of the little motor.

Thanks in advance for any and all help

Are you limited to natural aspiration or do you have the option of boost/nitrous?

Sorry forgot to specify. Naturally Aspirated only but intake system is free.

for his goal boost isn't necessary, I would suggest blox type b cams and valvetrain, rs machine ctr pistons, acl race bearings, 310 cc injectors, hytech replica header, 2.5" exhaust, intake w/ velocity stack, stock intake mani, arp head studs, arp rod bolts, p28 ecu chipped and tuned with what best local tuner knows.. pm me and i can give ya a better build list

or you could do a baller stock build but have the head, intake mani, and tb ported like crazy, omniman's video can explain better, SEARCH!

Yea I saw the omniman video and ordered it earlier this week. I'm not capped on hp so the most I can make the better, just need at least 180-200whp because thats what most of my competition is running and reliable is a must.

btw, will be running 91-98 Octane.

headers, intake, exhaust, injectors, cams, pistons (compression raised), throttle body, the sky is the limit.

build to the moon, you will slay your competition - not without tuning ofcourse.

I'm talking about actual rally, gravel/snow. What does it matter, i'd run a intake box over the stacks.... I dont see your point.

Corksil: Dont take it the wrong way but I'm not stupid.

alot of the time when the idea of a velo stack is brought up in civics, its always a open stack infront of the car

but you talking about an ice box? i never really looked into those

Yeah a lot of time people think of velocity stacks as protruding from the hole where the headlight is supposed to be

But you're feferring to a

filter-velocity stack- intake piping. Right?

Anyways good luck remeber to post pics... And videos

Well the car is getting built here in the States, then shipped off to Europe to compete in rally there. Plenty of EG, EP, and EK's in the class, they make a good light car (obvious need alot of reinforcement though), I have all that situated just looking for peoples opinion on the motor aspect.

Budget is in the 30's range for the whole car. So that leaves me with about $7-9,000 on motor if needed, if not needed that money is going to spare parts.

And I'm talking about Individual Thrtls with velocoty stacks into an air box.

Thats pretty all you need... Get compression to atleast 11.5:1 run race gas and you'll be right where you wanna be with ALOT of money left over...

$20 a gallon? Try half that, we can get that at the regular gas stations in Finland.
