Default Build my own turbo

does anyone know what type of turbo will work with the d16z6 engine and what car I could pull the turbo from?

you SHOULD NOT be doing this...... big mistake. buy a kit, if your new you better start researching and researching and more researching.

I don't mean to be rude. However if you are asking these types of questions then I would really suggest doing more research/homework before even attempting a home made turbo setup. To answer your question, the T28 or T3 should be a good fit. Some donor cars are some old Nissan Pulsars/Sentras w/turbo, Saabs, Ford Thunderbirds, etc.
