Default Budget Suspension Shootout!

I`m getting sick of all the "_____ is the best" replies. Nobody has any real facts, so I will provide them for you. I will run any shock/spring (coilover) on our in-house testing equipment (shock dyno, etc) that I can get my hands on. All I need is one shock/spring per brand. I`d like to see a Tein Basic & SS, Koni/GC, Tokico/Skunk, etc etc. I`ll test anything you guys consider a "budget" setup. I will not test any Eibach product, as everybody would assume it is rigged. I will do this in my spare time after work.

Shoot me an IM if you have anything I can use.....

I'd like to see the CTR shocks and springs that one of the JDM sites has for sale. It would be interesting to compare the CTR suspension with the stock US stuff and the aftermarket.

Man, I'm thankful for people like vtecvoodoo on here. I hope you get the pieces you need for the test, I would like to see the results. I do not have anything to offer as I'm in the market for a "budget suspension".

Go ahead and test Eibach stuff, everyone here likes eibach. I have some kyb agx's with Eibach road race I can offer up, but it'll depend how long they'll be out. I won't be using them till I get my trailer.

Yea, I also wouldn't mind seeing the eibachs either. I don't know how you can call it a budget suspension shootout and not include eibach. I like mine

The cup kit is replainted Koni Yellows - the only question is what the spring rates are - which H&R refused to tell me.

Are you testing the spring and shock seperately? or are you testing it as a unit?

I'd send you something, but I don't have anything "budget"
