Default A bucking problem

Well i just bought my 1999 honda ex a couple weeks ago. Last week my car was having difficulty when I was shifting, once i get close to 4000rpm it would buck uncontrollably. It is like its hitting a wall and won't go any higher. It doesn't do it every time but 8 out of 10 times it happens. This was the time when i decided to research it and came to honda tech. From my research it could be my distributor assembly, i kinda figured this was my problem as my spark plug wires were pretty effed up. So i went to the local automotive store and had them use their code reader.

Came up with a P0335 code.
One of the fixes was the distributor assembly, so i went ahead and just replaced my wires. Low and behold this did not work and my car is still bucking.

It says that I have other possible fixes as well :
1. Replace powertrain control module
2. Replace crankshaft position (CKP) sensor wiring
3. Reset Camshaft timing

I wanted to get some more knowledge on theses items and ideas if anyone has any suggestions on which of the 3 (or if anything else is suggested) I should go and try to replace next. All suggestions are welcomed
