Gotcha, will do that when i can do my oil change. I also have another solenoid that i can throw on and try. I tested the solenoid connection from the back of the ecu before soldering and i could hear it clicking, i will check them again when i clean/change the solenoid. Thanks for your input man. Much appreciated.

Update, if anyone cares. I ended up getting another civic, and the plan is to swap this motor into the new car, will try to get oil change done when this happens and see if it changes anything, but i doubt it will, cause its gonna be the same engine, harness, and ecu.
