broke a bolt head
when reinstalling my bumper this past weekend I twisted the head off one of the bolts that holds the bumper on the bottom. Most of the bolt is still threaded into the hole.
I tried drilling it out (broke 2 drill bits), and I tried a bolt extractor (which broke as well in the hole that I drilled... so Im set back even further than square 1 because the extractor is made of harder material than the bolt was...)
So what do I do now? Should I take it to a machine shop and have them drill the whole thing out, making it larger and then just rethread? Or just **** it and drive it around w/ only 1 bolt holding it? It feels pretty solid...

Just drill a new hole in a new location next to the fucked one and use a sheet metal screw to hold it.

what else do you want? You already failed miserably at trying to take the bolt out.
Its time to go another route.
